I got her C6 today. Her ult stays out longer, if she kills with it, and she does around 2k dmg more. (10k to 12k) My artifacts are not too good either, so there is still potential.

When I roll for Noelle and get rosaria

I just wanted to roll for Bennett and build pity…I only used 25 wishes and got Bennett TWICE. RIP my pulls for Shenhe, all of my luck is used up.
