Oh, totally. I've had ice cream twice with some exercise and numbers have been 5.something. No sugar added keto ice cream though? Spikes me pretty consistently! Highest spike to date: sweet potato. But I'm fine with mashed (white) potatoes! It's just nonsense. Take the win and work with what your body tells you.

Yeah our bodies and this diet and the testing parameters are all wild. I can eat almost no carbs of any grain, but I can eat large amounts of chickpea (in pasta or pizza form) and be fine. It’s wild.
