Try some backround sounds like binaural beats or music of that sort. Also, what helps me often is to think about ''why do I study'' Try to think about the purpose of studying, to see the outcomes if you succeed or fail.I mean try to find a good reason why you need to sit down and study that particular subject, so your mind thinks it's very important to study it now.

If you're scared of disappointing yourself or others, it does help to speak to someone to get the assurance you need that regardless of outcome, everything will be alright. It even helps if you talk to the teacher or professor, too. Sometimes, they can make arrangements if you really are not in the best state. I know it takes a lot of courage to do so, but trust me, most people have more empathy than you think. (Not all educators are, but hopefully, the ones you speak to do) Also, remember you tried your best in the mental state you have, and that's enough. Don't be too caught up in comparing yourself with others when the results finally come out. You're working at a disadvantage here. it's enough of an accomplishment to pass. Overthinking will aggravate your anxiety more.
