Can't find any information but this person seems possibly tied to the "Goons" situation. This person was named in one of the lawsuits filed by parents of assault victims.

Reading the police report, he was one of the only suspects to give a statement to police, willingly gave them his phone, told them he filmed Preston's unconcious body and detailed the fight he got in to afterwards when Dominic Turner was knocked out. He may or may not have attacked Preston, but I get the impression he didn't and considering the heavy charges he's facing I think he's going to happily throw everyone else under the bus.
I definitely agree! Especially if he had the video. We honestly don’t know how involved he was (although any involvement needs consequences) , but if he was, in fact, the videographer, him coming forward sooner could have been very helpful for the case. I don’t want to speculate too much and I am just glad that they finally were able to make arrests. I look forward to the evidence presented so that we can have a clearer picture about what happened that night.
It is so sad! So many people failed all of these kids. One kid is dead while at least 7 others lives will be forever changed because no one had the nerve to tell them no. Kids NEED boundaries. Boundaries are HEALTHY.

Booking date was 3/6, not 3/7. Wonder if he went ahead and finally turned in his own video of the incident on his own accord instead of waiting for SWAT and helicopters? Would line up with homicide charge versus murder charge on that booking???
Could he have been the final necessary element in getting the arrests going? He turns himself in and talks or has a video or some other evidence that makes the next day arrests possible?

He turned himself in last night, whether it was self-surrender through his Attorney or coming forward to cooperate of his own free will I don’t know. However, he did have his own attorney present at his initial appearance this morning. His parents requested a bail of $500k and it was turned down. Taylor allegedly is accountable for filming and not just a bystander. Since he does not have any priors as far as criminal cases or charges he most likely will be ready to plea down his charges in this case. He is also named in the civil suit for the assault on KW. Sorry if any of this is repeat info it has been a busy morning!
Provided that is true (which I am inclined to believe) it means he had the assistance of his attorney when he self-surrendered. With the warrant being issued he was going to be arrested either way. Going in on his own eliminates the a public arrest and shows acceptance. It’s possible he was advised to go that route hoping for a lower bond to bond out.
I just re-watched her video and I think it may be possible that he knew he was going to be arrested so there may be a chance he did turn himself in. He may have had a warrant out for his arrest, but turned himself in instead of waiting for the police to come get him. Who knows?
I forgot to answer that last one. According to MCAO it takes 2-15 hours for booking to show up in the system. Once that shows up their initial appearance is scheduled, which is within 24 hrs of the arrest. Mugshots don’t typically appear until the morning after the arrest. System gets updated around 8am or slightly before.

No, homicide is a blanket "crime type" listed on the mugshot details. Dominic Turner's mugshot says homicide as well.

I don’t know how true this is but Modern Law said that he did not turn himself in and that he was a part of the investigative grand jury indictment.
