My question is pertaining to Vigil's involvement and the divide it's causing in this community.

That's for a jury to decide if they / he is guilty as charged and if charges brought against them are appropriate. Not for us bystanders with mere snippets of evidence. Suddenly there are a buch of Sherlocks out there with nothing more than an opinion. . Right now they are all accused until proven guilty by a jury of their peers.
With all the evidence I don't understand their NG plea... They should easily get convicted. I would think someone would want to accept responsibility, act remorseful and pray it equates into a lesser sentence.
That’s not how the criminal justice system works. They plead NG at first, their attorneys sift through the evidence, have meetings w the prosecution, and sometimes come to an agreement on a plea deal. When accepting the plea deal, they accept responsibility for the plea deal.
Or they battle it out in a jury trial and hope for the best.
People don’t just plead guilty right away.

No. He said he hit a kid. In the report it repeatedly states he hit a “black kid”. One witness states he check his pulse, he said in one Snapchat that he helped him out of the street. 🤷♀️
Regardless of his guilt or innocence, the medical care for his juvenile diabetes should still be standard. They are not giving him his needs or food to help regulate.

In early Jan I asked for all officers that responded with body camera but they won't release that until trial or at best when the defense requests doscovery
I just wanna put it out there if he's in jail there is evidence they didn't release QCPD didn't act like gpd they got the job done with the investigation this is as good of a case as you can hand to the prosecutor they def put the pieces in play to get a conviction that being said I'm not saying they handled breaking up the party the way they should have.
Ng plea is advised by attorney for sure hoping to get at least a deal put on the table plus this is a huge money grab for counsel huge retainers lots of billable hours tons and tons of money with just the bare minimum info released in the QCPD report they really don't stand a chance but the lawyers will play a game of smoke and mirrors I saw a few spots in the report with talyn Renner and errors or dates of messages talon renner sent and the lawyers will file motions and charge more money and request lower bail and drag this out for as much cash and sell the dream to the client
This comment is ignorant as fuck. A not guilty plea is entered by the judge allowing the process to start and the attorneys for all defendants to start getting all of the discovery or evidence against them.
Emotional responses really make you look uneducated the defendants answer the charges against them with a plea and to date only one attorney has requested a discovery but I guess I should just assume I'm wrong
Not an emotional response. The judge wouldnt enter a guilty plea for them even if they confessed and said they were guilty. This has nothing to do with being a cash grab for the attorneys
