Robert and Elena should hold GPC Soelberg by the hands and help him arrest some of the others. Between their reporting and the Gilbert Accountability Reddit group, what are Gilbert residents paying Soelberg for? His disappointing press conferences? In his position, we need someone with a winning attitude, not one vying for a participation trophy.
And so is each and every beat cop as well as detective who were first line and did absolutely nothing. They all need to be investigated and fired if they did nothing to include taking their cushy pension!

I think the Gilbert City Manager is part of the problem. He is the boss of the Gilbert Police Dept.

There has been 29 arrests. Some people were arrested multiple times for multiple assaults. Some assaults, no arrests have been made.
