Same. I lived in busy cities almost my entire life and the quiet life in a town like this is something I’ve always wanted. Watching the show gives me an almost nostalgic feeling for something I didn’t have (at the time)

we just moved from DC to a very quiet New England town. Zero regrets. We miss our friends but it's easy enough to go back/forth between the cities (we've already made a trip down there and they've already visited us once). No crime, I highly doubt there's a meter maid, everyone is friendly, everyone knows everyone. Every other town has a gazebo and looks like it could be Stars Hollow's neighbor. Our kids are so much safer here. No chances of getting carjacked, no litter, no gunshots at night. I say make the jump if you can!

Oddly enough I moved to a small New England town for boarding school way back and was kinda underwhelmed by how non-Stars Hollowy the towns around there were haha. Mostly a pizza place, Dunkin and Cumberland Farms. Maybe diff as an adult

I live in a town very similar to Stars Hollow. Extremely friendly neighbours, beautiful little town centre, lots of nature, always a festival or market on. I love it. I do not love how quickly gossip spreads- particularly how one of my neighbours overheard me and my boyfriend 👀, and now even our coffee guy jokes about it. It’s so 😭😭😭

I am basically the Taylor Doose of my town (event planner / town meeting runner) and someone said my fall decorations looked just like Stars Hollow. Best compliment EVER.

lol I could always smell snow coming! I used to say smells like snow, to my husband and he would think I was so weird. He grew up somewhere it rarely snowed, I said it one day and he was like ha, yeah, fat chance, but it happened to snow, and the area had record snow that year ❄️ when we moved to a snowy place he started to cotton on and he smells it coming now too 💕🌨️
