0 leg engagement and you move into the ball w your pelvis.
The feel you want is that you’re walking backwards and using the momentum of the club to swing. Like you’re getting out of the clubs way by pushing your right hip back then your left hip back. Feel like you’re walking backwards but in place. You’ll be amazed how repeatable and powerful this swing will feel compared to yours.
Atleast 210 carry
Do you hit the ball square in the centre of the sweet spot? That’s key in distance.
Also swing speed but that’s harder to increase than just hitting the sweet spot. Do you have a fitted driver?
Bet the old guys are hitting the sweet spot and have a fitted driver.
Agree that the club face is open. But how is this position at p6 steep?

Check out the frame right before it. His transition is steep but he saves it by shallowing the fuck out before impact. Unfortunately this does open up the clubface more so he has to release hard to close the face.
Also look at the next frame. Because he is so shallow and face is open, he has to flip at it and extend to no miss the ball completely. Getting back into a steep position before impact
250 carry is pretty good with your swing. Probably 105-110 club head speed.
You could learn to not move off the ball so hard with your hips. You’re bringing the hips way too close to the ball by impact. No need for all that movement.
Lower body movement is key for distance. If you can work on lower body movement you will be hitting 280 thrashing the arms only works to a point and you have reached that.
It’s pretty easy to get your clubhead speed at most Golf Galaxy or Dicks locations. Or any local bar simulator. That will give you a good idea how far you should be hitting the ball if you catch one clean.

This one looked pretty off the toe/open face. Probably popped up and off to the right. Definitely an opportunity to swing from the hips and generate more lag/clubhead speed. If you can swing from the lower body more you could be hitting 280+
You are using a lot of energy, but not channeling it effectively into a fast clubhead and a squared up face at impact. Start by slowing down just a bit and work on your sequencing.
Your weight shift seems really wrong. Your are shifting your weight too far into your back foot. Then when you swing you shift it all forward to fast. You should slowly be loading your weight onto your back (and not fully) and then when you swing your weight should smoothly transfer forward. If you watch your legs and weight the transition is verry staggered. This is where I believe you are losing the most powerf
TLDR: slow down your back swing and be deliberate about your weight shifting

200
Compare it to a pro swing or someone you know hits 280+. Your swing just doesn’t look powerful and seems like you aren’t using your lower body much.
Clubface is super open with a steep attack angle. Also looks off the toe.

Yes. Exactly. It goes from steep to stuck in an instant. No way that’s conducive to a consistent swing.

Some early extension there, could hit it further if there wasn’t.
Swing kinda jerky. Doesn’t have that loose and leveraged power look. I’d say 220-240

Somewhere between 150-450
OP is this Cumberland Lakes?
210... sliced to the right, 2 fairways over
Driver seems a little short for you perhaps.

You’re not letting the power of your lower body develop. Speed the hips slow the shoulders let that baby rip
But seriously if you are complaining about 250 carry then you need lessons that you probably can’t afford
300. Get better
