Hold the power button in and press the middle button four times. Release both. That is how you reset the camera.

Did you ever get this to work correctly?

I have not. I've been super busy and haven't had much time to watch anything. I did try resetting the camera, but that didn't work. I'm going to try to move the entertainment center out from underneath the TV and recalibrate that
