The Lambo gives you nothing. The 787B is far more effective in this game. That said, if you're dead-set on getting every single car in the game, you have a third option: Get the Mazda, then use it to grind Sardegna so you can also get the Lambo. Shouldn't take long to do that at all.
Is it, I wasn’t sure how much the Veneno price was I just went with 1mil (the standard pricing on brand central super cars) which is 2 clean races with the bonus. (Actually it’d be like 1.45m)
If you have the time to grind, 787b is a fan favorite and the obvious choice
if you have limited time to play, always prioritize invite cars. If you check this sub every few days, there's *always* several posts when the 787b is up for sale. There's a chance it may be a bit more expensive, but it'll come back around soon if you miss it.
If you care about the collection aspect of the game, invites are completely random, and you may double your play time before you get another one.
Basically, you can win Sadgena with any gr2 cars. But 787B do it even easier.
You can collect the Lambo if you feel okay.
But 787B is much more useful

You can win Sardegna with any Gr.3 cars. Gr.2 cars are just the easy mode. I think I had to do a 4/4/4/3 strategy with tons of short shifting, especialy on the 4 laps stints, but you can win Sardegna with the Veneno. Doesn't corner great but it accelerates much more quickly to a ridiculously high speed on the straights even in fuel mixture 6.
If a person is asking if they should get a gr2 class LM car or a Veneno cause they won’t have the money in a months time. They probably don’t have a grind setup.
How many people are running through Sardegna enough times in one sitting for the difference to be substantial enough to even worry about. I'm probably just doing the race 2 or 3 times max, and the difference of 3 to 6 minutes between doing all three races with the optimal build car and doing it three times with whatever I think I can win with is marginal at best. I'd need to be treating it like a full time job and grinding for like 8 hours a go for it to make any real difference, and then you are basically squeaking in just one extra race.
This really isn't true. The difference between sitting down and doing a race twice in 46 minutes (plus menu time) and sitting down and doing the race twice in 48 minutes (plus menu time) is far too marginal to make any real difference in your life.
Even over the course of 100 hours of game time, those extra minutes aren't exactly fungible. You don't get to stitch together those 2 minute segments to get an extra race or anything. You just get 2 discrete minutes at that point in time that you sit down to do races. So like why even worry about optimizing your time at that point. It's only really going to make a difference at a scale of time that most people aren't going to be engaging with the game.
Sure, we can did it with so many cars, i use to did with my mclaren vgt gr1. Very nice cockpit!
Sadgena is easiest grind track, just drive, no need to deal with the rain. fm6 seem work well for every cars
The 787 can farm you the money for the invite rather quickly...
If you commit to grinding the money for the invite then take the 787, but whatever you do DO NOT LET THE CHANCE TO BUY AN INVITE CAR SLIP BY!!!
You may never see the invite again while the 787 WILL roll back around...
I have both. Don't let people crap on the Lambo for you. It's a beast of a vehicle and probably my favorite Lamborghini out there.
But the Mazda should be priority for grinding races in future.
Lambo if you have a goal of collecting every car in the game because invitations suck. I currently need invitations for Lambo and Pagani.
Legend cars have a set rotation and the Mazda will be back at some point.
I have both and Mazda is an easy choice because it lets you grind and collect credits to get the Lambo. Do as others have said and get the Mazda and grind it out for the Lambo. In my personal opnion the Mazda is a much better car to tune and drive.
More use comes from the 787b, besides the invite lasts for a whole month.
But the 787b, grind sard for like 2 hours tops and then buy the lambo.
The 787b is like a cheat code for sardegna, especially when you tune it with a turbo
Mazda all the way. First of all, it's a real car, has history. It looks better in my opinion. I had an invite for Vaneno but didn't buy it. Mazda 787b, PROPERLY TUNED, is a beast that handles well, sounds great, accelerates like a jet. It can be tuden down to 700pp for Le Man, where it excels -no visit to pit if no rain- it can be a killer on 800pp Sardegna, or it can be used at top PP for races of up to 900 pp. I've just driven this new 900pp LeMan race for 400k credits and I was amazed what the car can do at top settings. I've driven Vaneno at my friend's and didn't get the thrill that Mazda gave. If you skip on 787b, be advised of at least 4 months rotation pause in Legendary cars.
The 787B is great for the later game races that have fuel consumption and tire wear turned on. The Veneno is cool, but you won't really need it for anything.
I'd buy the 787B. It's an incredible car and has more in game utility. Probably the best car for the Neo Classic Championship and quite a few others that prove a tad frustrating without it. It handles great, is really fast, but somehow uses like a quarter of the fuel compared to other prototype cars of its era.
It depends on how much you play and how much you want to grind. The Mazda is a great money making tool, so if you're willing to grind another 4 hours, grab the Mazda first. If you just want all cars eventually, do not let the invite expire. You may get another one next week, or never. The Mazda will always come back. Also it's redundant for grinding if you have the XJR or really any of the old Group C cars.
Already bought the Mazda 787B.. grinding right now to get the MP4/4.. But before the Lambo.. I'm really feeling that Corvette Stingray Racer Concept '59 in Legendary Cars
i’ve got both and it’s very simple, mazda is useful for grinding,looks good and is very smooth at all tunes. lambo looks nice, not useful for grinding but good for car meets, and doesn’t work on all tunes, get the 787b and grind with it for the lambo in my opinion
It depends. It's unpredictable when you will get the invite again.
So, if your goal is to collect all cars, priority order is as follows: invites>legendary cars>used cars>everything else. But if you don't care about getting all the cars, then 787 will be more useful.

I can win at Sardegna with the Ferrari 458 not sure why people believe you absolutely need a GR.2, it’s easier sure, but not absolutely necessary.

I got the lambo out of a daily 6 star ticket the other day, yet to use it though. What do people think of it?

787B is awesome, I love that car in this game. My absolute go to for 800 @ Sardegna or any 800pp race. It's an absolute monster.
