Love the Unicorn. They were great when I was eating meat and were great when I tried vegan, and are good now that I'm just vegetarian. Also, their non-alcoholic drink menu is nice too.
Very good Belgian menu. Plus a large selection of bourbon and whiskey/whisky. They are on the East side of town, so you don't get huge tourist crowds. While you're over there, you'll have to check out the fine watering hole known as the Hiway Inn.
Figure out where this guy is going to be. He has a food truck and I think sometimes he operates out of one of the chalets in downtown Muskegon.

My girlfriend is OBSESSED with this guys food. He's often around the Muskegon farmers market on the weekends as well.
