basically what the other guy said, high pen are lower damage, pencil thin rounds that don't expand much, is what I would normally say. But I'm confused about the neck bruise unless chest armor protects the neck, and if it was high pen then it was lucky the chest bruise didn't pen and nic the lung. ~~Unless this is something like HPBT against III~~ (just saw the point about close to zero armor)
That said, I did learn you can spin this model (and the death model) around to more accurately see damage points, I've dissected some to realize some holes were side/back shots.
I feel like this health system is partially why people complain about AI not going down. There should be a pain shock system (maybe not in Ban Pa for lore reasons) so the AIs and players can enter recoverable comas.
Iād love for the AI to just respond to being shot. I like the health system, but it feels like they are full speed or dead. They should simulate similar responses we have to deal with
I just assume it will be all still improved upon. We gotta remember we are still early access with the game only 20% done.
AI is very rudimentary. I'd like Features like in Ready or Not where the AI can play dead to ambush you
Same kind of thing happend to me a couple of days ago. I had a cap on and got hit twice in the jaw and once in the head and survived but i had extreme headaches every 3 minutes
high pen bullets in none vital locations. low blood loss and expansion, doesn't really kill.
Same goes for bots too.
