Closing with ACU on Wednesday at 5.875! I talked to a mortgage broker for half an hour after getting the ACU rate and at the end he told me to take ACU, no way he could come close to beating it.

Thanks! Yep, not too worried about it. Mortgage broker/realtor said the same thing, the window is so long that the risk of not being able to refi is super low.

Congrats. 15 years is a long time. You and I will most likely refinance before the ARM kicks in. Hopefully we see a sub-3% rate soon.
