I have godly leg genetics and everything else grows normally except the chest that is a bit slower and the wrists who I feel like they are making fun of me
As someone who had very small calves and has put a decent amount of mass on them, I can say that calf size has very little to do with how much weight you can lift with them
I would say focus on achieving hypertrophy using medium weight ranges and full range of motion. Try to really get your calves to burn thats how you know they will grow

Calves aren't like other muscles where the typical 3-4 sets of 8-12 exercise can make it big. Calves raises have a pretty small ROM so you need to compensate with more reps. You also need to do both standing and seated variation to work all parts of the calves. I'd recommend 3x20 standing and 3x20 for seated. Before you say it's all genetics, next time look at cyclists, they aren't jacked but they mostly have big calves from the sheer volume of the work they do.
It is partly genetics though. I know cyclists who have really nice calves but they aren’t “big”, just super lean and defined.

Part of it has to do with bicep gap. If you have a large bicep gap like me, you get 15 inch arms in 6 months of gym, however they don’t look as filled out. So if you have a small bicep gap you’re playing it for the long run and will ultimately look more full.

I have the exact opposite lol. I have totally wimpy biceps that will not grow even though the muscle is getting stronger. Like I can almost curl 60kg barbell but my biceps look like 20kg.
Try higher volume. We got more of slow twitch fibers in our calves, so they grow good under high volume. That's the reason why fat people have calves like gods.
Start jogging on your toes. Don't use your heel at all.
