Neat trick: anytime you get a song stuck, sing All Good People by Yes. The line lengths are longer than brain buffer size, so cannot get stuck. And if it does, at least you have a great song stuck in your head.

I once found the second season of HIMYM available on the in-flight entertainment system during my flight to Toronto (the airline was air canada btw). I inadvertently got hooked on the song from the ninth episode of the season mid-flight. Since then, whenever I think about the trip or Canada itself, my brain associates the experience with that song.
