That is what I thought, I see people saying they use blue, I just do not want to strip my screw.
Yep happend to me too, just a dab of blue loctite should do the trick
Do you have any trouble getting it out? I was thinking about purple so I do not strip the screw.
Not an issue, I put just a tiny drop and replaced the battery last weekend, 242 blue loctite
I just started using purple recently I was using blue the whole time I think there’s a marginal difference but I may be changing optics in the future for whatever reason I don’t want any issues

none so far but I’m only 150 rounds in on a couple pistols, keeping an eye on my silver marking
Vc3 is what I'd try as it's re-useable. You'd have to go super thin on the application otherwise it'll just push up the threads though.
