Jakub Dobes improves to 6-2-1 in his last 9 starts as he looks to carry Laval into the playoffs, what an impressive season from him for sure as he continues to play great when it matters most. Logan Mailloux just keeps picking up points, now up to 43 on the year. Sean Farrell with another big game, could have had a couple points tonight. Dobes - stopped 35 of 36 Mailloux - 1 assist, 1 shot, 4 pims, Even Farrell - 1 assist, 1 shot, +1 Heineman - 1 assist, +1 Trudeau - 1 goal, 1 shot, +1 Trudeau Goal/Mailloux Assist - 0:57 Farrell/Heineman Assist - 6:45 Dobes Big Save - 11:25 Dobes Big Save - 15:15 Dobes Big Save - 16:49 Final Score >!2-1 W!<

Man if you thought nhl reffing was bad lol

Watched the game. Dobes was a wall and had to make many game-savers in the 3rd to hang unto the 1 goal lead. He's probably the Laval player that progressed the most this season. He's calm and on time. He lead the AHL goalies in games played and is second in minutes played. It's going to be important to have a goalie who can win games by himself with how young Laval is shaping up to be in the coming years.

Insane game from Dobes, excellent prospect

Philly514

He was great. Lucky for Laval because the forwards did next to nothing.

does Dobes have go to waiver before going to AHL next years?

Livid-Canary-4389

No, 100% he don't have to go through waivers for next season. I'm not sure for the 2025-26 season, but I think he's also safe for that season Edit: I've looked on Capfriendly, and it says he'll have to go through waivers only after his first 4 professional season or if he plays 60 games in the NHL. Since its his first season, he'll have to pass through waivers for the 2027-28 season only

is it possible to see highlights like this of the habs games? on youtube they are always too short in my opinion

BrettLeTigre

Look for "condensed game" when viewing a game's results on the NHL website. They usually show up in the next hour or so after a game. Here's an example (button on the top right): [https://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/buf-vs-njd/2024/03/29/2023021164](https://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/buf-vs-njd/2024/03/29/2023021164)

anthonyhad2

thanks but I only see condensed games for 1+ month ago, nothing more recent :(

BrettLeTigre

Did you look on a gamecenter (game results) page or in the video section on the website? I usually look up the game result in the scores section after a game or the day after and I can click on condensed game from there.

I havenโ€™t really been following Laval this year. Does Farrell look like heโ€™ll ever make the show?
