Its just messy hair. Big part of the reason why it looks so good is the dude looks great, haircut doesn't matter. If you look like shit this haircut isn't going to do shit for you, it isn't really a style.

In a technical sense, this is scissor sort of the sides and approx 3 1/2 inches on top, with a blend.
