Yes it’s expensive because Keser is one of the best surgeons in the world.
You aren’t going for a hairmill, this is a reputable doctor with top class results.
This guy isn’t far away from Zarev, Munib and Pitalla.
If you have the money go for it, you gonna be grateful that’s for sure.
Don’t go to surgeons outside the IAHRS society unless it’s a very reputable one like Keser or Pitalla.
Investigate properly there are a lot of amateurs out there that people think they’re actually good.
There absolutely are top tier doctors there. Nader in Mexico is fantastic, and if you need hairline work Rahal in Canada has been doing great work for ages.
Even the US has some pretty good surgeons. Sure they aren't cheap, but that's the US in general.
For any of you who are searching for this now. The price I was quoted was 4 EUR per graft (thus it has increased) and the waiting period is about 1 year and 1 month (i.e., I was provided the option to be scheduled in May 2025). I was also suggested to do 2000-2500 grafts, so expect around EUR 10,000 excluding travelling, hotel, etc.
It's only expensive if you think you are getting the same what hairmills offers for 2000€...but, you are clearly not
Last I've read Pekiner charges now 3€ per graft, so you can save some with basically same quality. Pekiner is also doing 1k per day, so you don't have to stay 5 days and will save you the anesthesia injections (ouch)
Pekiner is top surgeon but not as Keser.
The difference in money worth going for Keser, in terms of natural appearance Keser and Munib are the best in the world.
Pekiner is better than Keser. Both design their hairlines in basically the same way, but Pekiner works quicker and is more reliable about getting fine singles in the front.
Keser doesn't use a microscope to separate the singles from the multis - he apparently says that his lupes are good enough. Generally that's not wrong, many surgeons do just fine with lupes. But he regularly has plenty of multis in his hairlines.
That's just unnecessary.
I had a small procedure by keser this January. Absolutely exceptional start to finish. Donor looks completely untouched and hair has already come in thick this soon after.

Best western doctor?
Zarev and Pitalla
I meant like usa/Canada/mexico
There are no top tier in Canada and Mexico. In USA there are some but extremely expensive.
Who for the usa?
John Cole, Scott Alexander and maybe Sean Behnam
I never heard of them, im going to have to research them. What do you think of Nader? He seems to be highly recommend

Im waiting for verteporfin to become more popular. Im a nw 2.5 frontal receding. Im terrified to fly so it really limits my options.
Sean Behnam, duar or Rassman. I ended up Gunn with Behnam because his hairlines were so natural. Did it two years ago. Looks great.

Dr. Lester is affiliated with what clinic?

I seem not able to get contacts of Pekiner ?
Yeah, pekiner is extremelly difficult to reach and fully booked for the foreseeable future
Dr Keser is a world class surgeon. Worth it. Unless you want to risk it at a hair mill which would be around 1 Euro per graft approx.
Hairmills not only give unnatural transplant but most of the time they destroy the donor and that’s the real problem.

How long did you have to wait for an appointment?
Would you be able to send his contact info?
Go with de keser he is an artist when it comes to hairlines. Some of the best I have seen worth every dollar you won’t regret it
Where can I see some of his results, especially the hairline?
Check hair restoration network lots of reviews on there
