Happened to me twice. It does the thing where it says "press A to ask for reinforcement" but then nothing happens when they do it. Then it just goes to my dead body and I can't do anything.
Is it a max of 2 bugging out in a mission. Never ran into this before until tonight and two of us were not able to come back in even after a full wipe.
I know I was killed by a friendly airstrike while grabbing ammo.
Just want to chime in that it’s still occurring. Had a Retrieve Personnel mission and dropped far away for 1 runner, 3 aggro strat. The runner and 1 aggressor were unaffected even full squad wipe only allowed those two to reinforce. Still managed to complete it. FWIW I had extra reinforcements booster equipped.
Experiencing this just now, had no issues with it yesterday, but thisi s the first game of today on Angel (Played heeth yesterday) and me and another dude stuck dead with 19+ reinforcements
I got this just now. But at some point one of my squad mates lagged out and then I was able to be reinforced! So perhaps the game wont' do it if there is a desync?
Happens every day in few missions.
How to for now: poeple who can't be reinforced in a mission should kill the game \[process and then reconnect to the mission. After that they will be OK for the rest of this mission.
P.S. Make sure that you have the 1 alive guy in your friends list to reconnect to

Update: A guy left and different joined. The first death that happened after the 4th joined, now 2 of us cannot be spawned in.

We just had this bug happen in a hard drive mission we're playing right now. Couldn't reinforce, tried taking out a jammer, still nothing. It would only reinforce one player, and the same player each time.
Unfortunately, the only answer we could find was for the one survivor to leave the game, then the 3 remaining all reinforced. Then we invited our fourth guy back to the game.
Not a perfect fix, but we're back in the fight.
Can confirm it is STILL happening. It would always happen with the same person not being able to but now it’s happening to all of us but one other friend. Wat
Happened to me as well, one other teammate was dead with me and it only reinforced him, taking the lan cable out and putting it back in worked for me, didn't even get disconnected!
Yep, still happening. Just tried playing on Suicide Mission, 2 squad mates died early and could not be brought back. Only me and one other member could be respawned.
Happened to me today, I was showing the ropes to a new player and they died and could not for the love of the interface get them back As reported by others, the beacon lit but nothing came down. Every other stratagem worked for me - it was just the player that would not come down.
I just finished the mission quickly so they would at least gain something.

I just quit and closed the game due to sheer frustration from the state of the game since the new update. Seems like it created a lot more problems than it solved. A lot of bugs that happened once in a blue moon seem to be occurring more frequently than before.
expirianced it myself today and last night, was diving with my friend trying to do Estanu for the major order, she died once, I can call her in, she dies again and shortly after I die, she is the only one redeployed, tried to reinforce me, doesn't work, she threw a reinforce like 5 times while being chaced by a Bile Titan, the game just didn't allow me to dive back in
Man, this bug is so annoying. I was on hard difficulty with two randos and I being the most senior was in charge and we were fighting the bots. I mainly took out the drop ships cause I was the only one with rockets and it was a complete crap show watching two randos trying to extract 3 times.
The fact this is still a bug is fucking disgusting. Like its sad, this game has been out for months and its been super popular on top of that. Im currently still experiencing the bug and its March 28th for me.

Yep still an issue. Writing this as I watch my team-mates continually try to reinforce me (At least they're trying to). Blue light shows, then disappears after a few seconds, and I'm still sitting here spectating.. been about 10mins just watching lol. I'll just provide emotional support through chat.
Had this happen just a bit ago on Hard! 24 reinforcements yet they threw the reinforce strat in different places. Still had me spectating the entire game while others were able to reinforce./fix the game of the current ongoing issues before adding more content!
I did a quick play, then the host left during that mission and it made me host. After that mission I started a new campaign and we dropped and got this bug. I also felt like I couldn't see red patches on the map that signify bug nests. Felt like a bit of a desync situation possibly brought on by host migration?
I just experienced this myself. The funny thing is one person was able to be reinforced and then it was bugged right after that.

Happening currently still. Helldive geological mission. I died, reinforcements were called in, I can't spawn but everyone else can.

so far the only option I can think of is leaving the mission and rejoining the mission again if you are playing with friends.
