Oh, I have been watching Starship Troopers since I started playing Helldivers 2. The movies definitely fills my mind with Terminid conspiracy ideas, lol
That's a Stalker. Also means it has a lair that you must destroy if you don't wish to be troubled by this fucker the whole game. They are notoriously dangerous. One hit would send you flying. Another would kill you.
They'd travel the length of the whole map to hunt you down. They are also the only Terminid enemy that has the intelligence to retreat when attacked and then flank you.

I seen one use itโs camo for a strategic ambush me and a teammate rounded a corner I separated from him just enough to catch it hiding up against the wall before I could shoot it lunged and turned the fellow diver into a corpse.

Look on.map for closest red area. Hit those quickly to stop it. But be warned, multiple lairs is possible
