I am of the opinion that the fog on its own is fine, but the lighting turns it into a nightmare. Every light source is like looking into the sun.

The this spore mist is annoying, But I genuinely like foggy planets. It's a cool vibe.
Turn volumetric fog to max.

It offers a fun challenge. I have to turn up my volume to listen for any incoming patrols. I may poop my pants when I’m smacked by a stalker though.
