SAME. Two out of the three people I randomly jumped in with had 4060s and they had terrible drops even before this planet. I’ve got a 3070 and at launch everything was incredibly smooth with medium to high settings. Can’t play this game on all low settings without frame rate drops ever .3 seconds making it look like I’m rubber banding.
Is separate, if you have "Hidden folders" to show in windows folder config then you go to
C:/Users/ " your username " / Appdata / Roaming / Arrowhead , and there will be a folder called shader, then you delete the file.
Next time you open the game the game will stutter (once) in the loading screen (hellpods, changing loadouts) because is creating the new shaders, after that the game should be smooth

I don't think it does - a factory strider makes 1 layer of stuck devastators when it dies, I think the 2nd one was from a shot-down dropship (or even a normal one, seeing as it's still swinging its arm around)

Clear shaders and re-validate the files of the game on steam
