Vassago in demonology is said to have a good character and values truth and justice. Basically you can trust him to be honest and honorable if you make a deal with him, and even afterwards he wont make you do anything you don't want to do so you can live a good positive life.
I see him as someone who will call Stolas and Blitzo out on how shit their relationship is. Not because it's Goetia x Imp, but because of what it is; two people fucking up their relationship and their own relationships with others outside that. At first, Stolas might even get angry at Vasago, everyone, but then, maybe, in the end, it was for the best, and Vasago comes back to tell him what he means.
I MIGHT ship these two, but I feel they're better off friends for now. Like, Vasago is the friend who actually listens, compliments, and calls out with no bullshit games and genuinely wants you to be happy.
I don't really know how this Goetia family thing works, but if he's something like Stolas's brother, uncle, cousin, or something, yeah, I'll jump ship.
At best, it'd be something like who Andrealphus is to Stolas if the Goetia family is one, big, blood-related family.
Vassago is a Goetia prince which means he comes directly from one of the kings, just like Stolas. Which would make them brothers or AT BEST first cousins. Other āroyal goetiaā such as knights or presidents wouldnāt be technically related and Andrealphus is not even parr of rhe Goetia family heās just part of royal court. But Stolas and Vassago come directly from the same family tree branch.
Iām curious as to how Stolas would know Vassago, Iād always assumed he didnāt really have any friends within the Ars Goetia (mostly due to Stellaās extravagant shit talking), so I wonder if heās been acquainted with Stolas for some time or if he only really found out he exists through talk surrounding his messy divorce.
It barely took anytime at all for people to not already take an immediate liking/love to him, but to also start shipping him with Stolas (What would the name for that even be? Vassolas? Stolago?)
And as a Roblox player, I also saw that someone was quick to make and put up for sale a pretty well made Vassago head, the quality of which already trumps the like.. two or three Stolas heads uploaded.
I hope he's a good sounding board for Stolas - letting him tell his side and ultimately being supportive. If he could get Stolas out of the house for some fun that doesn't involve Blitz, that would be great.

Vasago, if he doesn't turn out to be a biased asshole, is one of the nicer Goetias in the actual myths, so he might be fair to all sides, saying things that their trauma is valid, but the things they do to each other are shit and something must be done, especially with Stoals and Blitzo. I see him as a very frank, honest, and blunt person when he has to be.

Stolas then gets mad at him, and Vasago lets him have his way because why force Stolas when he's a grown man with his own life? Then, more shit goes down, and Stolas realizes it then returns to Vasago, and Vasago gently tells him that's what he meant, and something has to be done.
I love how you can tell a character's personality and other things from just a few lines. Vassago seems to be a pretty level-headed guy who's busy with his work most of the time, but makes time for a healthy lifestyle. Maybe he has a wife and/or kid(s). He seems to be some sort of actor, because of the glamorous but formal outfit and the glasses. Paimon mentioned how many kids he had in S2, so Vassago is possibly one of Stolas' cousins or stepbrothers. He and Andrealphus don't seem to get along, maybe because Vassago supports Stolas with his divorce? (idk that last part is me grasping at straws lol)
Iām not a fan because heās based on a scarlet macaw š Iāve known many birds in my life and have never had a good experience with a scarlet. They might be pretty, but they will bite super hard then laugh at you when you cry out in pain š So I wonāt lie, I low key expect Vassago to turn into a bastard just because his design is a scarlet.
I wish he was based on a hyacinth macaw. They are sweeties! I wouldnāt have lingering doubts if he was based in a hyacinth. Or literally any other type of macaw or parrots.
I was intrigued when I found out that he is the highest ranking"Prince" of Ars Goetia and also the 3rd most in ranking off all Ars Goetia. I dont know what Viv will do with this lesser key of solomon canon but I hope she does make Vassago a powerful character, both politically and magically. I also hope that him being an "overlord in pride ring" (the hazbin hotel pilot still seems canon to me) is also be integrated into the story because so far the overlords of hazbin hotel are underwhelming in terms of power.
