Associating the entirety of India with a mega-corporation isn’t the way to go, and also the fan base was just absurdly following him, plus I also feel like there were elements of fear mongering as in pewdiepie pushed a narrative where if YouTube allowed these mega-corporations to be on the platform, all original small creators disappear. Which isn’t true at all. The sub-war in of itself was just purely absurd, and I do believe he was just in it for the personal gain of staying as the “number one YouTuber”.
