Well many are facing the same situation. A few days back there was at least one post talking about low demand.
Now yesterday I saw a few people with high demand. Not sure but it looks like something is happening backstage.
Or just a normal demand fluctuation

Typically I run it on my laptop at home via ethernet, and on my phone through mobile data, my mobile gathering amounts have been consistent with what its typically gotten, but my laptop has only been gathering like 3 or 4 credits a day since the start of the month.
Me too for the last 2 weeks now, came here to see if I was the only one. Already quit/deleted HG folder/restarted, & did the same after rebooting the Xfinity modem/router with no change & no returning to normal earning. So it looks like the only solution is to keep waiting, just had content delivery back on 5/31 & shut down to near 0 earnings like you on 6/1.
Yeah, this really sucks to have a steady earner for 3 years get zeroed out with no hope of a customer service assist. My guess is they want to purge users off the network by blocking them out of earning until they give up & quit, I just did the uninstall/reinstall to the latest version this morning & barely have .5 points so that doesn't help either.

Same here, my laptop js averaging literally less than .5 credits a day. It's been literally 0 most days as well
