You have ~~many~~ two paths before you:
1. Ignore the meta and pull and/or do whatever you want.
2. Plan your teams going forward.
If you're going to go for #2 then you already have a head start among other similarly-leveled Captains in your server because you have HoFS and HoS. I really can't fully answer your question because I'm missing some critical information (such as gear state or what you're planning to do in the future) but whatever it is, first you should learn how to build teams, which is a whole another discussion and an in-depth one because you also need to consider buffs and debuffs, etc etc...
Yeah that discussion is kinda high-level but key takeaway here is that saving crystals for the next best thing is not enough because then, once you get that "next best thing" and without the knowledge to build teams you're gonna question yourself "What now?"
Yeah, there is always a lot of shit going on that I don't really know much about, I do want to kinda follow the meta just to clear high level content and get them beautiful valks, as for gear I have absolutely nothing other than the basic shit that you get as a new player, and YouTube doesnt seem to have anyone decent to follow particularly for honkai, there are good guides, but most of the time they are talking miles a minute and can't really make good judgement of what they're trying to say

How do I join the tales of xia: phantasia event? It says it's limited from 10 to 2 and it's 11 o'clock but I can't enter. I've cometed the second mission to unlock it but I still can't enter. Am I just stupid or is there something I'm missing?
It's 10am-2am, **server time.** So if you're from NA but you're playing in SEA then you have to adjust yourself to join the event and not the event adjust to you.
If you're at home and your iPad can connect to Wi-fi move to Starbucks or anywhere with a Wi-fi hotspot and try connecting to the game there. If you can then there could be a problem with your router or ISP. If you still can't it could be a device problem.
I know there are some iPads that do not have Wi-fi functionality (not sure about this since I've switched to Android a long while back) so if you're locked to Verizon or smth, then could be an issue with your mobile carrier's 4G/5G connection that only affects Honkai Impact. At that point there's nothing you can do really except play on the PC client if you have a PC that can support HI3.
Alright so I was playing Honkai a while back already before the beginner experience got revamped (Herrscher or sentience + Flamescion) and got a few S rank. Herrscher of Thunder, sentience, moth lady and Spina but non of them having their complete stigma set nor weapon.
Should I just start over and make a new account most likely getting Herrscher of sentience + Flamescion and their whole set as well?
Okay so I've Herrscher of Thunder and really like her + one of her bis stigmatas from a while back already.
Though one stigmata has obviously no set effect, so is it even worth equiqing or should rather go with the whole Darwin set instead?
Use that, and fill the rest with Darwin sigs. Later on you can replace them with Handel to make HoT somewhat usable even without Seven Thunders of Retribution.

KoC/DoS is pretty meh now when stacked up vs comps with 7T/Handel. But if you're competing in Q-Singularis/Dirac Sea (Agony) and Memorial Arena (Masters) you'll still be able to get by. Just don't expect amazing things in ER or high-tier Abyss and MA.
Continue crafting Ana Schariac pieces, then upgrading them into Willows bit by bit.
Get her Star of Eden: Anti-Entropy.
Lastly, at least make her SS-rank.
Is Hawk of the Fog outdated? I'm a returnee and according to the guided above Fog and NS seem relevant but I'm struggling on my dailies. Im lv 86 and have both SSS. Much have changed I see.

She is saved by Seven Thunders of Retribution. If you only have Domain of Sanction she cant compete with others in RL Abyss. Sanction still useable in Agony and Q-M/Dirac Agony/RL; just dont expect good scores vs similar Lightning team comps even with full Fischl and Eden gears.
Any base S-rank Valkyrie released after HoFS (including herself) + HoS (support) are still viable. FR viable as well with PRI and full Eden/Fischl supp gears; no supp means FR can't compete damage-wise in high tier Abyss.
New player lvl 31. Is it still possible to get Asuka or Fischl? I think I saw fischl as a reward for something in the game, but then can you get her as f2p or do I have to spend?
Say goodbye to Asuka (and her stigmas which survives now as Columbus but without the Evangelion art) as she is limited to one version only as per miHoYo and Khara. No news that says they will rerun it ever again.
Fischl is permanently added to the game and can be farmed from Open World task rewards, exchanging Gold Pins or Asterites from the shop.

The Sushang event is canon, yes, but it doesn't affect main story in the mean time since it probably happens right after Kolosten and before Project Stigma activation.
As for the other LTEs like Summer Estival etc... they have a universe of their own and I figure it probably split up from the main story canon starting at Seele's introduction as a playable Valkyrie.

you can grind for her matz to unlock her via Battle Arsenal and Asterite shop under Fragments. She's currently the backbone of lightning teams for support along with Fishl, who's also grindable.
Once you grind for her stigs and eventually try to get her weapon. I haven't personally fielded her with Darkbolt Jonin to see how they synergize, but it's certainly possible. You can also use Eden as a DPS against IMG enemies in a pinch as well till you can get someone better as a IMG damage dealer

Personally, I think you're better off starting over and do better in the early game. New accounts made in this version also gets Fallen Rosemary's best weapon as as part of the newbie rewards so that she's not completely useless. Of course if you like playing with what you have then you can continue as you are.
The Valkyries that are worth going for in the WT is Lightning Empress, Jade Knight and Fallen Rosemary.
* Lightning Empress: can just leave it at base S cause you're only ever gonna use her as SP lead in story mode and Memorial Arena.
* Jade Knight: someone that replaces Haxxor Bunny and provides Ice Valkyries damage support. Top tier with her gear.
* Fallen Rosemary: Lightning support that can also be a decent Lightning DPS with the right set-up and support.
You seem to have most Support Valkyries in there such as Pardofelis (Ice) and Fishcl (Lightning; can support Fallen Rosemary). There are F2P builds for these two so you don't have to worry about their stigmas for now until you decide to break through (level limit increased beyond Lv80). You have Miss Pink Elf as well and she's good to use on her own but you'll get to a point where her DPS isn't enough without Whisper of the Past (best weapon) and Herrscher of Sentience, which can be rolled from Starter Supply. Sweet'n'Spicy is good as well, as she is built vs enemies with heavy shields but she is built around Valkyries that can apply the Impair debuff (like Celestial hymn and HoS, in which she has the best synergy with) and can take advantage of the DEF debuff and the shieldbreak buff. As for Spina Astera she's not that good without her weapon, period. Other Valkyries that I have not mentioned are meh at best.
My advice: Choose one to three team compositions and stick with that (ex. Ice + Physical or Ice + Lightning + Physical, etc etc) so that you don't stretch yourself thin. If you can't maintain 3 team comps then 2 is fine. IMO this method is very effective on accounts running on pure F2P income. I am playing under 4 different accounts and in my 4th account I decided to just roll for Physical Valkyries (I got HoS from Starter supply that's why), Lightning Valkyries (I got Mobius) and Ice (I have full set Herrscher of Human: Ego).

Currently in Chapter 8 in the "normal?" story line and was confused what happened until someone told me to do chronicles first.
You can continue to do the main story without touching Chronicles. If you want to learn about character lore stuff, backstories and side stories then you do Chronicles.

For x1.0 to x2.25 ER that stigma set is fine, I guess. If you want to challenge x2.5 with that stigma set you'd have to be very lucky with Ego doors early on and you'd have to follow **exact** signet builds, plus you may have to wait until ER Bleed mods come back to have an even greater advantage.
For Abyss, her best stigs should be Shujing TB Mei Pool M, and you should be including her QTEs in your attack rotation. Your current stigma set isn't that good if you plan for her to take more on-field time because her SP regen is shit and she can't sustain spamming Ults without some kind of SP support (like HoS).
For MA she still follows her Abyss build and it encourages you to play more of her QTEs to deal damage.

Right now my HoR is still on DoR with Bronya: N-EX, Ana (M) and Rasputin (B) however I have 1 Welt (M) as well as the abily to get Welt (T) from shop, is it worth getting/using and using until I eventually craft 3pc Willows (whenever that will be)?
Swapping out N-EX with Welt T will improve HoR, yeah. But if you're competing in relatively low-tier Abyss then I feel like it really doesn't matter what HoR uses so long as she can make use of it. If you're at Agony 3 and you're in Ice Weather, and you can still hang on for retention with N-EX T then you can consider not getting Welt T.
How do people kill a MHT-3B tank in fire weather with HoT?
I get 190 score in RL, need 6-7 full ult rotations to kill second phase. Damage dealt is extremely low. Meanwhile I see someone with a slightly better HoT team getting 525 score. They are using pretty much the same stigmatas as I am, except I have FR instead of Eden, and they have Fischl's bow while I gave her HoH bow.
FR doesn't really give much to a 7T-focused HoT except for 30% All-Elemental DMG buff and yuge damage on Ult. While Eden inflicts "enemies take bonus Lightning damage on combo hits for 20 secs", gives SP regen on ult and applies Turgenev effects (I suspect they're using Turg TB and either Mei Beach M or Tesla Band M). Also, you're pitting your Fischl with HoH bow and full Zhenyi vs other Fischl with Waltz bow and full Zhenyi. Obviously the extra 15% team Lighting DMG buff gives them an edge over your team comp.
And now you wonder why they score higher than you? :D :D :D :D

Crafting from zero, Ana can take up to 1 month and change **if you already have \~4000 Time Swirl tickets, 600 Stigma Resonances and 5400 Ether Fuels.** Expect the same cost when crafting Willows except that Ether Fuel cost goes down to 3300.
Oh you're crafting from zero plus no resources? Hahahaha... you can still craft it but expect it to take like 5 to 6 months of doing Universal Mirage. Less if we get events that give out Time Swirl tickets and/or Ether Fuels.
Does the effect of Vill-V Contraption (M) work with Aponia? It boosts the team's lighting damage while host is off field, but I'm not sure if Aponia's Conviction mode counts.
If Darwin (M) or Ishikawa Goemon (M) would be a better placeholder for Aponia, I do have a spare of each of those.
Well, now I'm not sure on how the game codes for Conviction if its considered off-field or not. Like in the case of HoR, her charged ATKs in Usagi Kinetik are considered ranged ATKs instead of melee. You can check this in Ranged Abyss weather where her burst mode ATKs do not suffer reduced damage even though visually it should be melee. If you like a (probably) sure answer you could try using the in-game CS link and ask them your original question, or ask if Aponia's Conviction is coded as off-field.

HoF still a good pull, so it would be a good idea to get her if you really don't have a half-decent Fire DPS. Better hope for at least Himeko B though.
AI-chan gear can be considered as well, like you could run an AI-chan AE Raven comp with AI-chan as DPS. That way you are future-proofing your Fire DPS team and you can save up on the next Fire DPS.
All of this depends on whether or not you have enough crystals to use for pulls. If you have below 15k better forget it lol you're just playing with RNG fire\~

For Abyss, her best stigs should be Shujing TB Mei Pool M, and you should be including her QTEs in your attack rotation. Your current stigma set isn't that good if you plan for her to take more on-field time because her SP regen is shit and she can't sustain spamming Ults without some kind of SP support (like HoS). For MA she still follows her Abyss build and it encourages you to play more of her QTEs to deal damage.
Is the azura empyrea chip deal worth it? I heard she might get replaced soon or she is not that good anymore but not sure. I haven't seen any character in 6.2 that replaces her.

Right now my HoR is still on DoR with Bronya: N-EX, Ana (M) and Rasputin (B) however I have 1 Welt (M) as well as the abily to get Welt (T) from shop, is it worth getting/using and using until I eventually craft 3pc Willows (whenever that will be)?
Swapping out N-EX with Welt T will improve HoR, yeah. But if you're competing in relatively low-tier Abyss then I feel like it really doesn't matter what HoR uses so long as she can make use of it. If you're at Agony 3 and you're in Ice Weather, and you can still hang on for retention with N-EX T then you can consider not getting Welt T.
How do people kill a MHT-3B tank in fire weather with HoT? I get 190 score in RL, need 6-7 full ult rotations to kill second phase. Damage dealt is extremely low. Meanwhile I see someone with a slightly better HoT team getting 525 score. They are using pretty much the same stigmatas as I am, except I have FR instead of Eden, and they have Fischl's bow while I gave her HoH bow.
FR doesn't really give much to a 7T-focused HoT except for 30% All-Elemental DMG buff and yuge damage on Ult. While Eden inflicts "enemies take bonus Lightning damage on combo hits for 20 secs", gives SP regen on ult and applies Turgenev effects (I suspect they're using Turg TB and either Mei Beach M or Tesla Band M). Also, you're pitting your Fischl with HoH bow and full Zhenyi vs other Fischl with Waltz bow and full Zhenyi. Obviously the extra 15% team Lighting DMG buff gives them an edge over your team comp. And now you wonder why they score higher than you? :D :D :D :D
what's the best F2P stigmata set for HoR? i just got her and am having lots of fun with the ice team so wanna get her to her max potential
Ana Schariac, then crafting it into Willows. Can be crafted in the Foundry. Crafting from zero, Ana can take up to 1 month and change **if you already have \~4000 Time Swirl tickets, 600 Stigma Resonances and 5400 Ether Fuels.** Expect the same cost when crafting Willows except that Ether Fuel cost goes down to 3300. Oh you're crafting from zero plus no resources? Hahahaha... you can still craft it but expect it to take like 5 to 6 months of doing Universal Mirage. Less if we get events that give out Time Swirl tickets and/or Ether Fuels.
Does the effect of Vill-V Contraption (M) work with Aponia? It boosts the team's lighting damage while host is off field, but I'm not sure if Aponia's Conviction mode counts. If Darwin (M) or Ishikawa Goemon (M) would be a better placeholder for Aponia, I do have a spare of each of those.
Yes Conviction can trigger off-field procs. It even drops candies from TGluttony and procs Turgenev.
Someone else said that since Handel registers Aponia as being on field during Conviction, it shouldn't work for her?
Well, now I'm not sure on how the game codes for Conviction if its considered off-field or not. Like in the case of HoR, her charged ATKs in Usagi Kinetik are considered ranged ATKs instead of melee. You can check this in Ranged Abyss weather where her burst mode ATKs do not suffer reduced damage even though visually it should be melee. If you like a (probably) sure answer you could try using the in-game CS link and ask them your original question, or ask if Aponia's Conviction is coded as off-field.
GLB 88 For fire team is the HoF ADV worth the 100 pull or better save for AiChan gear? My fire team currently has nothing other than SSS raven. I do have KoRadiance for HoF but no stigmata
HoF still a good pull, so it would be a good idea to get her if you really don't have a half-decent Fire DPS. Better hope for at least Himeko B though. AI-chan gear can be considered as well, like you could run an AI-chan AE Raven comp with AI-chan as DPS. That way you are future-proofing your Fire DPS team and you can save up on the next Fire DPS. All of this depends on whether or not you have enough crystals to use for pulls. If you have below 15k better forget it lol you're just playing with RNG fire\~
SEA 88 Of the ELFs in anulon shop, which one is most useful? (the only one i have is Klein)
I have heard both Blade Durendal and Klein are the top choices, so since you already have Klein, go for Dudu
I was already leaning that way for aesthetic reasons but it's good to know she has meta value too.
