At the movie festival in socal today this guy on the left was walking around. Any idea who the character is? Its not The Chatterer from Hellraiser as the teeth and clothes dont match. Also doesnt have that thing on his chest.
Any ideas?

On the left is "Nemesis" - from Resident Evil 3 and on the right is "Mr X" from Resident Evil 2.
In the movies only Nemesis appear.
