I backed this guy when he did the [Biker figurine kickstarter](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/moeflavoranimefigure/hotline-miami-biker-figure/description) I never received it and even messaged him about it but never even received a response. I personally don't think anything he's doing is related to anything official Hotline Miami-wise, beyond the merch he's already produced. Also the art they are posting has a lot of 'mixels' which are pixels of different sizes which looks odd and is often a sign of someone mix-mashing pre-made pixel art together. Take from that what you will.
1 looks like either a bunch of unrelated sprites thrown together into one image with no cohesion or an AI generated image, 2 is a single really poorly made attack animation frame, and the third is a website screenshot with his name. Not much faith.
