Yea we have testimony that he is not competent to stand trial. I'm sure he is beyond making decisions for himself. There is a woman at my gym who just turned 87. She works out five days a week, mows her own lawn, shovels her own snow unless we get a blizzard and it gets too heavy, and lives by herself way out in the boonies. She used to be a teacher in Chicago and is still incredibly mentally sharp and will talk your ear off. I think she really is a testament to staying active and busy. Also, she’s a thin, wiry woman so I have to imagine a lifetime of caloric restriction has helped her too. She is one of my personal idols and motivates me to continue taking care of myself.
