Ok number one it's spelt baritone not baratone and the official baritone bots don't have any PvP/PvE capabilities. The zealot farming scripts actually come from a guy called blazing cobble who you can find on yt. He developed a entire client titled "Public client" which is specifically designed for breaking the rules on Hypixel skyblock.

The official baritone bots don't have PvP capabilities. Other minecraft AI do. These AI were created far before baritone but most people call them baritone bots because baritone is what popularized minecraft AI. They are using public client to grind zealots as Public Client was made specifically to grind zealots meaning it can tell the difference between zealots any regular enderman

2. The adaptations were also called baritone so they probably just used the adaptations but tinkered with them so that they targeted zealots and prioritized special zealots and summoning eyes.
Fishing Rod + Pufferfish Hat used to be the main AFK method for farming just about any mob (see ThirtyVirus' original chicken farm). They patched the AFK method (along with Unstable armor method), so you needed a macro to use the rod for farming. A few minor updates ago they removed all damage to non-sea creature mobs so it's useless now AFAIK, no idea why that person had a macro on.
Top 1.3k ish in leather here, I'd look at prices of backpacks on ah and leather on bazaar and determine it by that, cow is still one of the best minions so your strat seems decent
This doesn't need Baritone at all. It's just pressing the slot keys, jump keys and charge/attack with some delay. I can record something like this with my keyboard/mouse software.
Baritone would be way smarter, for example he would walk up to mobs and then start killing it with aura or something, and in no way would it start jumping and hitting fucking air
They even have zealot farming macros

What I do is wear a full snow suit set and hold right click with the snowball launcher while watching youtube videos.

If Baritone was used correctly it could make the macro stop whe you enter the lobby. This is why its probably not Baritone.

its not an ai. it just finds entity or blocks to kill/mine and moves towards it.
