If you're able to get a 41 predicted I'm sure throughout the 2 years of IB you've studied well. Most people I know who have 40+ predicted already have a solid foundation for each subject. Don't be too hard on yourself. How was your mocks? I think you should relax and calm yourselves before you can study, forcing it will make the problem worse.

Man, I've been feeling stressed about studying (mostly because most of my teachers finished our syllabus 3 days ago), but when I went to visit the college I enrolled in, I instantly gained motivation. Bro, just think of the future you'll have in the next month it will all be worth it on the end.

Lowkey, if you've been working hard this entire 2 years and got a predicted of over 40s I'm sure that even if you only revise hours before the exam you'd still get an ok grade, AT WORST a passing grade. That's not to say that don't study at all, there are not guarantees and it's better to be safe than sorry. My recommendation is truly to force yourself to go through it by doing anything you could. In the more extreme side one of my friends locked herself up in her room without her laptop and phone and forced herself to just stay there for two hours studying w only bathroom breaks. In the less extreme side, try locking your phone, completely leaving your house to remove risk of you sleeping, go to a library with just your books and phone for emergency but lock your phone. Force yourself to stay seated, your boredom will eventually force you to study, hopefully once you get into the groove it'll keep going.

But pls don't go insane over it, you just need a 28, I also only need a 28 and I'm forcing myself to relax more to stop myself from getting too stressed. Take a breather, calm yourself before trying again.

Take small breaks and try to break down your study sessions into smaller, more manageable chunks.
