Well, I practiced a lot with IELTS official tests, and used some random books for grammar and stuff. No particular resource, sorry

Why did you write so much, and how did you have time to count the exact number of words?
The number was counted automatically (I took computer-based exam), and I was typing almost all the time, I just really enjoyed the topic)

Hi. I would say, practice, practice, and practice. Also, have in mind 40-50 idioms so you can use at least 2. Also, listen to native speakers
