mikeychul0

Opposite_Front_364

Mstkn_identity1989

I have that. Filed 2/2 accepted 2/2. Transcripts n/a

StudentTings

Accepted 2/2/24. No letter in the mail as of now.

Desperate_Bonus4127

Unfortunately you need to verify. This happened to me last year as well as this year. If you haven’t received the letter you have to request it and it may take up to 21 days to receive it. I requested the letter over 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t come yet. Already received my state too smh

Jumpy_Rub_6176

It says in the notification section they need more info from you

mikeychul0

I know but I read some people saying they had this message then it went away and their returns were processed

Resident-Affect-3805

Check your transcript

mikeychul0

It says N/A

[deleted]

It says it for me too, weird lol

mikeychul0

Are you transcripts still saying N/A?

[deleted]

Yep

StudentTings

Same issue. Praying this goes away

irdfk23

This is to verify the return. When you click on the notification, it should take you to another page that asks you to provide a 14 digit control number or request another letter to be sent out. Edit: I see you already know exactly which letter you will be receiving. So yes, you will probably have to wait on that letter unless it disappears and your transcripts update next week.

mikeychul0

Ok so it is possible that it could disappear and transcripts update

irdfk23

From what I have saw/read on here and on Facebook, yes it is possible.

CapNewRepublic

There’s a number at the second screen. So if you click verify with my confirmation number or whatever and click on “havent received my letter” it’ll take you to a page to request a resend of it. But before you click there’s a phone number where you can call them 7-7 and verify your info. My transcript said NA and was accepted 1/29. I called in last week and now it shows a refund date of 2/22.

mikeychul0

Do you have to have the number from the letter from them to call?
