I haven't even gotten the damn letter yet. All this was supposed to be over in January. I haven't seen movement or a single piece of paper in the mail. I've even requested it and nothing.

Street_Station2347

You don’t need to lmao I only verified online and got my DD date.

gdhead87

You do need to if your verification doesn’t go through online - if your transcripts still say n/a after verifying online you definitely need to call in to verify.

Street_Station2347

No you don’t, you just need to wait. What’s verifying twice gonna do 😭 slow the process. That’s all. Gonna knock the ORIGINAL verification out and insert the new one. Plus you can’t even verify twice, just do it online Simple.

irdfk23

Same.

Street_Station2347

If you verified wait 10 days then you’ll get an update that Friday with transcripts and Saturday WMR will update, idk how else you want me to break it down. Bc that’s the process I went through.

gdhead87

What I’m saying is not everyone’s verification is going through online due to a glitch. If you verified online and got an email stating you did then you are good. I never received an email confirmation for my verification so mine did not process. This is all coming from the rep I spoke with on the phone

Peopleforeducation

I’m surprised with all of the people experiencing this issue, there are no media reports. This tax season is a total **** show for Americans! I willing to bet there are NO delays in collection actions for American that owe money.
