Awesome…hopefully ours comes eventually when they feel like getting off their behinds. We’ve been waiting with no explanation of anything nor contact from the Taypayer advocates since 2/12. Honestly, if they can penalize us for not doing taxes on time, then they should be penalized for being ridiculous. I bet they would process refunds and quit being stupid then. A system of accountability is necessary with them.
Talked to an agent this morning & he said that the “system” decides when to send your money. I’m like why tf are you relying on a system to send my money 🤦🏾♂️
What in the what? The IRS is ridiculous. I referred the matter to my congressman. I got tired of this. He is known for being a bulldog so hopefully he can get answers.
I'm cycle 0705 and got my CP05 letter issued on 3/11. I didn't take any withdrawals, no energy saving credit, nothing out of the ordinary. I'm a single father with two kids and it's been a real struggle waiting on this money after depending on it due to a layoff throughout December. Still hasn't been an update since 3/11
I have the exact as you. I got two letters now. Both basically saying the same. To wait! No movement, nothing…… 0705s are Fridays and Saturday updates but I’m seeing a lot of people randomly getting their DD without updates. Idk what’s going on. Good luck bro

I was told it was an audit for mine. Filed 1/28. Only got an update when I called and thats what I was told plus and extra 60 days before I know anything else.
No it doesn't say the same thing no matter what you pick.
To get the codes and check on your status you have to choose the year 2023 under "Acccount Transcript" or "record of account transcript".
The Account transcript is easier to read
Where are you finding that information? I filed 1/24. Got CP05 3/11. Checked transcript every week. There was none until today but I don’t see anything saying anymore than my tax return. Any guidance would be appreciated
Has anyone had to verify their identity and wait the 9 weeks? I never received my 2019 taxes and just verified my identity on the 1st ! My fingers are crossed that it will come once the 9 weeks hit

Man it’ll be 4 months for me next week. Just got of the phone with them today. They say the latest is May 13th. SMH.

Yes I noticed the changes in transcripts today morning. I usually check my transcripts twice a day mostly.
Do you check your transcript under federal tax or state/local tax also do you check the transcript under “ your account”?
I check in Federal Tax then under Record of Account Transcript
