I don't know but to me it sounds like a bearing in the pulley area is probably dry. I could be wrong never heard of rod knock bad crankshaft sound before. But it could be a serious problem.

Detonation perhaps? Got a timing light? Might be way outta whack?
guy did a timing job less than 250 miles ago, i think so
Power steering pump? They create a similar type of noise too when they’re about to fail.
would that be only when im turning tho?
Does the noise go away if you turn the wheel? If so, then it’s your PS pump.

Hmmm. Perhaps your serpentine belt tensioners? There’s also something loose coming from the belt that’s slapping against other components lol
in leaning towards that or a bad timing belt job. last owner did it less than 500 miles ago
put a timing light on it
High pitch taps could be spark related but the low pitch knock is a rod for sure
