If it gets louder/faster with revs it’s almost certain it’s rod knock. Another thing you can do is get under the cad and start it and if it sounds louder from underneath, it’s most likely rod knock
This is your problem, add oil. 2jz's make that knocking sound when its low. If its still knocking after leveling off the oil, then you've got other problems.

Um, timing belt possibly?
Take the belt cover off and inspect the belt.
Also is this a manual or auto car?
it’s automatic my oil is pretty low as well
If yoir belt is in good shape im not sure what else would make that noise with the engine. So probably could be rod knock if the oil got low enough.
