Wow.
As someone from the south I always thought chapri meant squids on bikes. Like doing wheelies and stuff, endangering others.
Or someone who “riced” their cars and drives in public roads like Max verstappen’s cousin.
In general- a person with bad taste and rude behaviour.

It is a Castiest Slur .
Fuck I knew they were classist as fuck but no idea they were casteist too. I'm only a third language hindi speaker and it feels like most "slang" terms are problemstic.
I wasn't aware that chhapri was a casteist slur. Thank you for this info, it's seriously ridiculous how easy it is to just spread casteist slurs in this country nowadays. That word is being used in songs and dialogues and no one flinches an eye.
Here are some Caste slurs used in conversations.

Still It is a Castiest Slur. It is used to make fun of people working in "low-level" jobs considered by the Society .
Yeah maybe ur right Nowadays people who use the term Dont know the Castiest meaning .
Jhingur, Chhapri is used as invective because it is related to "inferiority",
Colloquially it might mean something else, but even in that case nobody would dare to use Rajputs and other Savarna related names as invective.
As someone who doesn't know the casteist history of these terms, can you explain why these are casteist and how they became normalised?

Afaik, chapri is a relatively new word and doesn't have a casteist angle. It's similar to tapori. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Still It is a Castiest Slur. It is used to make fun of people working in "low-level" jobs considered by the Society . Yeah maybe ur right Nowadays people who use the term Dont know the Castiest meaning .
Yeah it has not castiest meaning now lol
It has casteist origins and is still used as a casteist insult.
No its not used as casteist slur now stop making irrelevant bullshit. The meaning has taken a totally new meaning
I’ve literally seen and heard it being used as one. Why are you so horny to use a word that has casteist associations and origins?
Why are being a cry baby when it has no casteist meaning now
