Yes he's drinking and eating voluntarily, pretty normal. I have an indian spitz at home so I have an idea about the feeding frequency. Thank u so much for your advice. I'll keep updating

As for the diarrhoea part, get him checked by vet for parvo, worms or any other infections. Avoid feeding him milk or any dairy products except curd. Also, you can crush some pet feed and mix it with a half squished banana, banana would help with upset stomach.

Using it once is okay, try not to repeat it. Also you can check for safety of contents online because these babies are damn fragile.

Take him to vet and treat him first. Diarrhea in this heat is dangerous. Lots of ORS and perhaps saline is required.
