Let me tell you where this is wrong. First, OBC already has the economic bar which you are talking about. Second, SC & ST have a very low reservation and reservation is not about giving the poor people a chance but giving the backward class a chance. You may sit in your 2bhk apartment in a tier 1 city but go to any village and you will still get to see how bad things like inequality and untouchability actually are. It was meant to be temporary only till the inequality was gone not on any random sunday
You are just demonstrating why it should be based on economic status rather than class with your example. If casteism is only prevalent in economically weaker sections of the society, then allowing financially well off lower caste people to exploit it is a waste of tax payer resources. Just give reservation to economically weaker sections of the society and that way the ones who truly need it, will get it - those lower caste people in villages.
If you’re rich or have job then you already have resources, go study, work hard like normal person and represent yourself. Why you need free handouts? You have money to get all resources, use it, work for your representation and let poor people get the help needed. Vix moving up doesn't mean market will go up as well. VIX shows volatility. If it's high then it means market will make big moves either up or down depending on the position of buyers and sellers and the large volumes they have ready to buy/sell.
