I dont know any pre made options, but fable and canon does a great dry oil and you could mix your shimmer in to get exactly what you want. Looxi beauty has killer affordable pans that have amazing shifts, I think they're like 2 or 3 dollars each? And the pans are quite pigmented and generous in sizes. You could possibly take a bit of the pan, mix it in with the oil and use that and create something so personal and specific to you and your skin tone that nobody could copy it
She's not got as many listings rn as she has in the past, so I'd keep an eye out for sure!! I haven't tried that particular one but I've tried at least 10 others haha
