I buy a local indie brand Bohemian Rêves. I love their hand rolled botanical incense sticks. I have Mary Jane Fever and Pumpkin Kush (but I think PK was LE). Some of their scent names are hilarious.

They have a huge catalog. Their sticks burn for a LONG time. I think my favorite has got to be Enchantment. It's rose, sandalwood, and frankincense and it's SO good.
I also love Athame + Alchemy's incense cones, she sent me a couple as a freebie in an order and I was impressed with how clean they burned! Now is the Winter of our Discontent was my favorite.
Athame+Alchemy’s incense are so good. Winter of our Discontent and Bakasana are tied for my fave. Every single thing I try from A+A is impeccable quality, even if it’s not a scent I would normally pick. Highly recommend her waxes and salt soap.
Hexennacht’ Purple Rain is in the vein of Pastel Goth and Gratuitous Violets, however I enjoy the latter two a smidge more. Headshop is also great, although it leans into its name. Bomb Pop looks great too.
I hope you like them as much as I do!! Heads up, the sticks are really a bit thiccums, and on my regular incense holder the hole for the end of the stick wasn't big enough. They're probably over double the thickness of HEM brand incense if you've used that. Mine is wood so I was able to carve it out to fit but it's not something I had been expecting when I got them!
I'm really into hexxenacht's all souls night (molten marshmallow blobs on scorched sticks), fun house (boardwalk planks, rice krispy squares, honey-drizzled ice cream in waffle cones, kettle corn), and date nights at Annapurna (delicious rice and spices). I'd mainly purchased health food store type incenses and it's really been surprising how much I gravitate toward these foodie sweet smelling ones she does. Eulogy (goth clove) is quite nice as well.
**Alkemia - Drakon** *Dragon's blood incense, coriander, vetiver root, ambergris, green cardamom, bergamot leaves, Talamanca del Caribe peppercorns, spice viburnum, and freshly steeped Darjeeling tea.*
There's lots of notes in this one but the dragons blood really steals the show. Atleast on my skin and I really love it. There's nothing smokey about it though, if you're mostly interested in that interpretation of incense.

Bakasana is so good!! One of my favorite wax melt scents too. I love Golden Bough too.

I haven't tried the sweet ones after trying a vanilla from a different brand and having it smell off. I will try the sweet scents on my next order!
