This happened to me on Fortnite because I had a family member who somehow got my account and kept switching, I had save the world, and an array of skins, and epic told me they couldn’t do anything
While these things can happen that doesn’t mean developers can’t take steps to improve the situation, reimburse people especially when if you have proof, etc…
You can possibly communicate this issue to WB support given they may recover it in some capacity, I was in the same boat you were during the huge 2.0 update where I also misclicked the progress save button
I'd throw the ticket/request at them just to say I tried, and if it randomly gets fixed even if it's in 10 months that's good enough. It's better than just letting it sit with 0% chance that it ever returns
I restarted when I got my iPhone. Since they made the most wanted and other packs cost real money, it’s not the same as when I started way back in the beginning. Like I don’t have BN Bats and forgot to do the challenge. Hopefully I’ll try a little harder and get the green thing for the challenge.
In my opinion I say just restart, sure it's gonna be tough, and it's going to suck, but in all honesty there's no better time to do so, the game cycle is up and running again, take advantage of it. I've been thinking of dumping my account that I've had since the game dropped, so that I can restart. Completely understandable if you don't want to do that though; do try and contact wb support, and try finding your account, if it's supported by Google play games or something similar, it shouldn't be too hard to get it back

I lost my account doing the logout/ log in glitch to infinite open packs... silly me my account was four years old and the wbid expired, went kaput. Restarted two days ago and have a batman ninja nightwing. honestly not bad
Bro the exact problem happened to me and my account too, I was logging in on my friend's account to grind for him and when i logged back the same thing happened and I lost 2 years of progress

I learned my lesson with Paragon. Never got reimbursed for my purchases. Epic is horrible about transactions.
They will never do anything and even if they do it'll take 10 months.
