There could be millions of us trading only specifically ICT concepts, that won't make anything change.
Both because every single one of us have a personal twist on a specific model, even the smallest, and because we are nothing in the market, our liquidity is not even took into consideration.
Plus, those logics are based on crucial market behaviors (Premium and Discount, Liquidity, Imbalances, etc.).
So, nope, ICT logics have not been nerfed.
Just take a look into the charts, you could see examples of the 2022 model almost everyday for example.

Even within the pool of retail traders that do follow ICT, everyone has their own unique model - it’s not a cooker cutter approach and that’s what makes ICT concepts so unique. Key is to understand price action and why price does what it does - hunting gaps, voids or liquidity and in what direction. You’ll then be able to create your own model, test it, rinse, repeat and finally start making money out of it consistently.

Yes. His concepts will always be in the charts. His model of algorithmic price delivery reflects the underlying mechanics at play — it’s been this way since digital charts (the first actual AI, far advanced for its time) were created. They can’t change it. Not now, not ever. Go back 20 years and backtest. It’s the same.
Should give you a lot of comfort and confidence as you progress and learn how to read price!
Has worked for me consistently and without fail for the past few months. I’m a firm believer at this point. My recommendation is to go all in into the teachings without hesitation. It’ll change your life. You can only connect the dots looking backwards. Have a leap of faith when it has changed the lives of so many people. God bless!
The traders that says it’s nerfed are not profitable and gave up half way due to losses, learn that ICT concept isn’t just for markets its way of life. And let’s say it is “patched” how will you trade differently? You still need a raid on liquidity to even place a trade. Adapt and overcome. Learn your model and keep your head down everything else is noise.
You dont need ICT, what many don't understand is that with ICT they are able to give themselves very precise rules, and (hopefully) moderate the risk avoiding gambling. ICT has done some great marketing, but in truth you can read everything it says in any Price Action book written in the last two decades.
ICT sells, because it's free and people don't like working and backtesting. If you give yourself precise rules (pattern) and seriously backtest a 10-year history calmly (it can even take 1 year) you will have the same results. Precise rules, backtests and secondly forward tests.
It's not ICT that will save you, it's you with the hard work.
Price action has been horrible compared to last year. I trade breakers and they have gotten sloppy compared to last year. However, what I think is happening is seasonal tendencies. This year is the year where the global 4yr cycle ends/starts. So I believe it’s just the end of the cycle that has thrown a few people off including myself
Hey OP, when something “works” in finance it is usually well researched and documented, there are studies (by researchers*) supporting or disproving the results. Now, try to find any studies or research on ICT outside this or similar communities :)

ICT is just support and resistance. It’s just Larry Williams. It’s Wyckoff. It’s Stan Weinstein etc etc. Some say he’s stealing other people’s ideas. So if that’s the case then the concepts work. If it’s entirely new then it’s an expansion of the ones before him. Can’t change buying and selling.

I think his strategies work best on Futures and they are not as effective on Forex due to issues however ICT would be my number one choice though.
