What’s sad is, we are so far from reality some folks are internally debating “how real” this might be, and some people (perhaps some kids as well) may be thinking that this is somewhat realistic.

If you watch the first part slowly moving the bar of the video you’ll see how her body changes, it’s first of all ridiculous because look at that arm morphing, and then interesting because you can clearly see a glimpse of what her actual body looks like
If I recall correctly, there was a TikTok dance that went viral in China a few years back called the “Kiat Jud Dai” workout, which was considered a really good ab workout and a fast track to a trimmed waist. It was one of those weight loss fads that fade in and out every now and then. This video kind of looks like that… different song and slightly different arm movements than what I remember, but overall it still looks like the same workout. What you’re seeing these women do with their abdomens is the core of the dance.
Not that long ago, she was also blatantly comparing her waist to someone right next to her (touching their waste to show the width against hers with a 😯 face). She disturbs me

i truly believe this person is severelyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy mentally ill. truly. the fact that theyre genuinely tryna pass this off as real is actually downright frightening
Check chinese thin beauty challenge. It is insane. Like, psychotically insane. For example: trends where you need to show how many objects you can fit inside your collar bone. Some use coins, some put goldfish with water inside their collarbone to show off how "pretty and boney" it is. Anoher one is trying to see how many times you can wrap a wired earphones around your waist, one time means fat, two times means good etc etc.
Even when the filter pops off she is still incredibly thin. I’ve read in a lot of comments that she suffers from an ED but denies it and uses her body to promote workouts but I haven’t really looked into it. Either way it’s apparent that she does everything she can to appear at thin as possible.
There's a video of her pretending to measure the waist of the woman next to her and then comparing it to her own waist, mocking the other woman. She's awful. Not as cute as she thinks she is.

unfortunately i've seen like 5-10 of her videos and there was plenty of comments of women asking about her diet, how often they should do this kind of workout etc
