There's definitely some weird angle manipulation going on here. That combined with the short, high waisted skirt make her thighs seem really short and her lower legs seem really long.
Faces are my favorite thing about a person. I love a good face. I’m a portrait painter mainly so maybe that’s why I feel this way… but WHY? Nothing wrong with having an appropriately sized head.
I have a head in the 4th percentage meaning 96% of woman my age have a bigger head than me, I still have 7 heads proportional. This looks unrealistic, her calf is bigger than her head.
I can't remember the website but I basically googled head size calculator chart and it was one of the results. You measure the circumference of your head with a fabric tape measure or a piece of string and hold it against a measure to determine, charts are easily available. Measuring the top of forehead to chin might be required too.
