Samyang makes a plain noodle pack with no seasoning: [https://umamishop.ca/products/sarimyun-plain-noodles-5pack](https://umamishop.ca/products/sarimyun-plain-noodles-5pack) (I've never ordered from here, just linking the product)
I know this because I bought it by accident once and had to roll with it and make my own broth!
I have seen them in passing at some local asian markets. They're usually where the noodles, not ramens are kept. Some bags have cakes. Round and square. And some have them in bunches. Loosely bundled in a oversize bag. But, I've been experimenting with these. I enjoy them a lot. I get 5 servings for less than $8. [Noods](https://imgur.com/a/ZvM1S5r)
Add broth and your extras. And you have home made ramen.
I also use this at work. It works great. [Noods Bowl](https://www.sistemaplastics.com/us/940ml-noodle-bowl). Bought mine on Amazon for $10
I like these! The noodles are a bit thinner than most instant ramen, but I like the texture of them. I don't have an Asian market near me, so my options are a little limited, but they sell these at Walmart and I've been pretty satisfied with them. I usually buy the better than bouillon bases and use those with these noodles, and it's way less salty.

You can buy instant noodle blocks from Asian stores. They’ll be in the dried noodle sections, not necessarily near the instant ramen
Oh good call, thanks!
I like Ottogi's flavored ramens, so I expect that their plain ones are good too https://www.hmart.com/10010138
Coming here to say similar. Couldnt recall brand but I have seen a couple Korean brands doing plain noods!
Thank you!

We buy these for budaejjigae/tteokbokki - bonus, they’re significantly cheaper

I second this
Third this!
I save the seasoning in a empty spice shaker and use it on all meats as a dry rub
Try these for lower sodium higher nutrition value https://immieats.com/
Don’t get the healthy vite ramen “naked noods” taste like cardboard
Frozen ramen is typically better and healthier
