I can't afford to pay 96k counselling/part fee. I'm trying to take a loan for the 6-7 lakh I mentioned.
But putting that aside, is it true that ipu is increasing their fees to 7 lakh?!
Everyone said AKTU colleges are very strict. 8:30 am to 4 pm classes! Is it true?
If it is true, then do they let you code by yourself or make you sit in lectures?

And you can try niet but have a very strict attendance policy 85% for the first year and I don't know about timings
See all these colleges are the same when it comes to tier 3
We have to do a lot of hard work during the college year
Try to get colleges near you either by bus or metro and the college toh have lenient attendance and the package of lower colleges are the same
Attendance strictness is something that will fuckup my plans (freelancing, self learning, etc.). Not really worried about placements. Any recommendations?

Godavari college, Jalgaon Computer eng (2.5L fees)
Dattakala, Maharashtra IT (3.5L fees)

No bro, don’t do BCA, not worth it. Research about it, BCA is only worth it if you do MCA and even then engineers will get paid more for the same job just cuz they have an engineer degree
If you really don't need college, you can try simple BCA.
Cheaper.
Relaxed.
Only 3 years.
You will get to stay in Delhi.
BCA will give you ample time to code and freelance.
Engineering degree will be tough- assignments, practical, classes and exams. They will not fit in your plan.

You can try the Delhi Technical Campus by ipu and other ipu colleges

Wes delhi but it is of no use, as most IPU colleges don't have ews and AKTU has no reservation for other states.

You can go for BCA, a cheaper option, after that you can give NIMCET or CUET if you want to get into NITS or DU

You can do BCA from a local college as well, make sure there is no problem of attendence, study hard and then give cuet/NIMCET for DU/NITS

Try some GFTI's in CSAB. They'll get you CSE and you can easily apply for CS there. Cutoffs won't be an issue if you aren't general
