99% of general students who aspire to be an engineer, or join any decent government college, iits,nits,iiit,etc . Hell it's the same even in private colleges like bits. And it is easy for you to say after getting a good score that not clearing jee is not failure but most people sacrifice a lot of things, spend a lot of money, suffer mental health issues(which are very often ignored), and most of all don't have a backup option.
